Branch Manager - Batam

Responsibilities:

• Plan a strategic move branches, scheduling visits and sales targets for the achievement of sales targets to the maximum
• Monitor and evaluate the achievement of sales targets on an ongoing basis
• Coordinate with other branches and holding for the determination of the coordination area of sales and sales targets
• Monitor and evaluate markets and competitors to see the position of the branch with a similar market in the same area, analyze market needs to develop and propose strategies sale
• Perform other related duties in achieving the target of a branch
• Reviewing and ensuring readiness of sales order for the delivery of goods
• Monitor billing tasks collector and customer payment due

Requirements 

• Male
• S1 Technical / Economic Management
• Max 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Technic / Economic Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3-4 years as a Branch Manager, preferable in competitor companies of heavy equipment
• Self motivated and eager to help other achieve their best
• Strong presentation skill and communication skill
• Good attitude, hard working, and team player
• Active English and MS Office familiarity are a must
• Can speak Mandarin is preferred
• Preferable domicile in Batam
• Will be placed in Batam
