Material Manager

•     Ensure all procedures of warehouse are proceeded effectively and efficiently to maximize utilization of company resources including manpower allocation
•     Plan and provide the analysis results of monthly, quarterly and bi-annually status of warehouse
•     Build up and stabilize Warehouse Management systems such as ISO/TS 16969, ISO/TS 14001, SHE and OHSAS 18001 to ensure the service quality
•     Control inventory, source delivery trucks and delivery schedule to provide the most responsive delivery service
•     Manage the urgent material requests to fulfill business needs

Quality Control / Quality Assurance Manager

•     Set up an efficient Quality Control system to continuously monitor and test production strictly
•     Handle customer complaints proactively by coordinating with relative departments taking preventive and correct actions
•     Ensure all the products and incoming goods to be tested in terms of quality on right way and right time.
•     Work together with Purchasing Department to control the quality of supplier's products and help them to improve quality system continuously
•     Collect the local relative law, regulation and company policy, work on ISO14001, ISO9001, TS16949, OHSAS18001, SHE system according to requirements

Safety, Health, Environment Manager

•     Ensures that PT Henkel Adhesive Technology adheres to the latest Henkel and local regulatory standards in terms of Safety.                   
•     Ensures that the site meets the Environmental regulatory requirements.                                                                                                     
•     Provides on-time and accurate reporting of all SHE related reports and documents                                                                             
•     Ensures that the Process Risk Assessments are completed and regularly updated                                                                            
•     Conducts SHE audits (Site SHE audits, 3rd Party Manufacturer Audits, 3rd Party Logistics audit, etc.)                                             
•     Act as the Management Representative for ISO 14001
