Planning Officer [PO] - BTPN MUR

Planning Officer will support Planning Manager in developing plans and prepare financial report.

Responsibilities

• Socializing target that has been approved through the media Portal, ad hoc reports, as well as in verbal communication.
• Ensuring periodic planning daily, monthly, and yearly for every level of business is always consistent with the target annual commitment approved.
• Preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Preparing management presentation or ad hoc analysis to support management decision making process.

Qualification

• S1 graduate from reputable university in Indonesia, majoring FMIPA, accounting, or engineering. Fresh graduate or max 1-2 years working experience.
• Familiar in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Actively involved in organization/extra-curricular during the school year.
• Fast learner. Good communication and analytical thinking.

Planning Manager [PM] – BTPN MUR

Planning Manager will play an important role in developing plans and initiatives to drive the business growth. Managing a team of analysts, the incumbent will be involved in planning activity, analyze performance against plan and proposing improvements.

Responsibilities :

• Develop the planning/forecasting process.
• Supervising the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Analyzing performance against plan, variances compared to prior periods, and trend data.
• Interacting with Sales Team to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
• The ability to analyze data, including looking for patterns, analyzing results.
• Preparing management presentation or ad hoc analysis to support management decision making process.

Qualification

Good analytical thinking. Having minimum experience of 3 years at banking industry in a similar role. Excellent skills in financial analysis and creating presentation for management are required. Expertness in visual basic/macro would be an advantage.

Application Performance Monitoring Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive monitoring of application performance in production area and taking necessary actions.
• Identification of slowness, halts, degradation and wastes within the production environment.
• Performing and preparing trend analysis reports of application performance in different areas.
• Based on trend analysis providing feedback / suggestions to the Operations, Application Development or Network groups.
• Good presentation skills
• Reports for Capacity planning and Infrastructure utilization.
• Performing analysis and investigations on the current and past issues for permanent fixes.
• Managing team.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge, Skills and Personal Characteristics 
• Must have experience in the testing/development of complex products at least 4 years
• Good Understanding of Software Engineering concepts and methodologies. 
• Must have good understanding of Database concepts and SQL writing. 
• QA/DB/ Development track would be advantage.
• Candidate must have good analytical and problem solving skills. 
• Passionate about bringing improvements and excellence. 
• Familiarity with Linux environment.
• Have an experience in Banking area (Retail/Wholesale) would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools.
• Have an experience with Application Monitoring Tools would be advantage
