BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• This position will mainly responsible in respective countries for:
• Top line and bottom line growths.

Ensure and deliver all aspects of :

• Commercial (sales, marketing, business financial, supply chain, countries regulation compliance) as the arm length of Arnott’s Indonesia.
• Market understanding - customer, competitor, trend, countries economic and situation, identify and propose the approached to tap in the business opportunity.
• Engage with business partner (distributor) and be part of solution for them.
• In summary, the country business development manager must ensure to deliver top line growth and delivery EBIT commitment as of annual target.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Having minimal Bachelor degree in International business or general management. Overseas graduate is preferable.
• Having minimal 3 year experience in Export field with Commercial (Sales & Marketing), Customer Service and Logistic, Supply Chain and Packaging Development exposure.
• Strong Negotiation and Presentation skills.
• Effective conceptual, organizing and planning skills.
• Persistent, self-driven, detail and result oriented.
• Composure and assertive under pressure – Can do attitude.
• Interpersonal savvy and confident to work cross-functionally, regional.
• Ability to manage and influence diverse group, deploy and manage strategic initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good adaptability to work environment changes.
