CALL CENTER

Job Description       :

• Lead and develop several call agents
• Organize agents shift schedule effectively to solve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
• Evaluate agents performance
• Deal directly with customer either by telephone or email
• Ensure all call center activity are complete and update

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Engineering or Communication with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Age 25-30 years old
• Has 1 year experience in call center or customer handling
• Has good analytical thinking, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy
• Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, and team work
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, hard working, and has interest in automotive

SALES DATA SUPERVISOR

Job Specification :

Dept / Div                    : Sales

Working Location        : Head Office (Jakarta)

 Job Description:

• Frontline from sales department to communicate both internal and external
• Gather all the information from both Market (competitor) and Internal, Analyze the situation and come up with sales program
• Prepare sales program to boost up sales performance in order to achieve sales volume target
• Analyze the result and prepare the counter measure
• Forecasting variable budget for whole year, and controlling the spending

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, any major with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Male/Female, Age 22 - 30 years old.
• Have min 1 year experience in the same field.
• Has good skill in Microsoft excel.
• Have good analytical thinking, numerical ability, and more on accuracy.
• Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written)
• Have a good communication skill, good interpersonal relationship, and a good team player.
• Fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, and hard working.
