IT Network Support

We are looking for highly talented, self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to be part of a 24/7 Network Support team.

Team Lead (1 position): 

a Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in systems engineering, networking or information security technologies is required.
Windows/Linux systems administration experience.
Experience in a production support capacity in a large-enterprise computing environment. 

Team member (4 positions): 

Fresh graduate (S1) with minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0

General Requirement:

1. Strong understanding of networking and TCP/IP 

2. Desktop and server installation, configuration, and administration based on Windows technologies

3. Strong communications, writing and editing skills needed to transfer information to individuals involved in systems support process

4. Ability to communicate clearly, to both technical and non-technical audiences

5. Ability to write policies and procedures; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines 

6. Good English Proficiency.
