FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall operation at the restaurant.
• Create the best dining experience possible for customers.
• Make sure that company represent correctly and company standards are upheld.
• Optimize profit for the company.
• Keep tabs on food cost, waste and employee hours.
• Make sure staffs are trained on proper food preparation, proper and legal alcoholic beverage service kitchen safety techniques and understand health standards.
• Setting work schedules.
• Purchase food and stock.

Requirements:

• a bachelor's degree in food service management or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in the related field.
• age max 35 years old;
• Good communication in English language, Indonesia, and coordination ability.
• Proven track record of successfully achieving business results
• Familiar with Indonesian, chinese, western, and internationl cuisine
• Good knowledge of latest dining trend
• Well developed leadership and presentation skill 
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and creative

COST CONTROLLER

Qualification :

• Male/ Female, Max 30 Years old
• Minimum Diplome Degree from Accounting or Accounting Back Ground
• Having experience as Costing or Cost Controller minimum 2 years
• Strong analytical skill
• Good Communication in English and Indonesia
• Have good motivation
• Having knowledge in ERP System
• Follow up of daily sales compared to Fct and Budget. Work closely with Sales and logistics in order to bring corrective actions
• Overheads follow. Computes operating fixed and variable costs and compares such costs to budgets

Requirements :

• Male, age  23 - 35  years old.
• Min. D3/ Bachelor degree in Accounting.
• Min. 1  years experience as Cost Controller at Hotel, Restaurant or Hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, Interpersonal and Analytical skills is a must.
• Fluency in English oral and written.
• Microsoft skills especially in Word, Excel.
• Hard worker and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work long hours & willingness to travel.
