HRD ASSISTANT - ESTATE (Code: S-HR)
- Min. Holds Bachelor Degree on Law or Psychology or Human resources management or related discipline area from reputable university
- Male, max. 40 years old
- Having at least 3-5 years experience in HR Estate – Plantation from palm oil company businessWork based at Estate (Sambas, West Kalimantan)
- Know well and understanding of HR function area, Recruitment, Training, Development, Industrial Relation and Employee Relation, Admin Personnel, Compensation & Benefit, and General Affair matters.
- Understanding Labor Law and Manpower regulation or others related government regulation.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office skills.
- Will handle HRD operation and plantation and support all the related HR & GA matters
- Planning, coordinating, and controlling, carrying all operation of HRD & GA matters
- Building a performance culture and facilitating succession planning program
- Liaising with government, officials and others party
- Reviewing and evaluating HR practices and reports for HRD HO Jakarta
- Should always communicate & coordinate with the HO-Jakarta, above all things related
STAFF ACCOUNTING - ESTATE (CODE: A-AC)
- Min. holds Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting / Tax from any reputable university
- Male/Female, 25-30 years old
- Min. 2 years of working experience in same positions from palm plantation industry
- Good administration skills and advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint).
- Work in details, active team player, convident, creative and resourceful
- Good personality, inter-personal skill, communication skill and able to manage under pressure and target
- Work based on Estate (Sambas, West Kalimantan)
- Supports recording and reporting activities of the Company to use the rules / standards of accounting, reporting for internal and external (taxes, etc.).
- Responsible for tax calculation and reporting
- Ability to prepare regular reports, gathering and summarizing data, including information updates
- Make sure bills and other payments are made on time, while those in accounts receivable collect payments and debts
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
- Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
- Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
- Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies and investigates questionable data.
