At the moment we're looking for:
CHEF DE CUISINE
You'll be an enthusiastic and experienced individual who can communicate easily with both your fellow team members and guests, and has an excellent eye for detail.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you'll need to have Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field. A problem solver, reasoning, team motivator, organizational and training abilities. 5 years experience as a chef including at least 2 years in supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
