PLANT FINANCE SUPERVISOR

Division                     :   EPO

Location                   :   Cimanggis Plant

Job Summary:

• Assist Plant Finance Manager in providing sound financial information/back-up
• Supervise Plant financial and accounting processes and ensure adherence to company policies and finance compliance
• Ensure Plant’s controls are in place, especially with regard to Code of Conduct

Job Description:

• Supervise daily Plant finance operational activities including monthly closing in regards with company policies and compliances
• Participate in overall annual budgetary process with Regional Controller Team
• Perform account reconciliation activities on periodic basis
• Perform necessary manufacturing variance and other accounting analysis to identify and resolve any discrepancies or gaps
• Prepare budget vs actual report performance per department and distribute in a timely fashion
• Address financial issues and inquiries from internal and external customers including internal and external auditor
• Assist in review production and inventory costing
• Maintain Inter-departmental relationship with regards to Actual performance result

Skills and experience required: 

• Having minimum 4 years related experience
• Good communication & presentation skill for both Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Cost Accounting experience is a plus

Education: Bachelor of Accountancy/Finance Degree from reputable university
