IT INFRASTRUCTURE (OFFICER)

Lokasi : Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT Helpdesk support on desktop, network and data center facility within Home Office and all branches
• Manage problems that arise from IT Helpdesk support (working with infrastructure and security team and the related third party companies – vendor/suppliers)
• Assist IT Infrastructure Manage in prepare the necessary daily/weekly/monthly status reports on the tracking progress of IT Helpdesk activities to IT Management
• Manage problems that arise from infrastructure core system (working with DBA, Business Application and System Support Team)

Requirements:

• Professional Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science from reputable universities (Min GPA 3.0)
• 3 years working experience in ICT operational related area
• Strong knowledge experienced with hardware (desktop, gadget, server, printer, etc) and software
• Good communication skill in English
• Interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to work in individual and as member of them
