Due to our massive expansion we are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our innovative team for the position bellow.

EVENT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all operational, implementation and post event activities.
• Plan, coordinates and set up events including transport arrangement, hotel reservation, food & beverages, etc.
• Provide rooming list for participants in every event.
• Negotiate agreement with vendors to ensure lowest cost and highest quality of services.
• Source venues, recommend and engage catering, acquire supporting technology and coordinate development of materials to execute a quality event.
• Work closely with other department to oversee and facilitate event registration process.
• Execute all necessary follow up with vendors, hotel and catering.
• Provide post event analysis, budget recaps and participants feedback and incorporate learning into future plans.
• Provide event reports and distribute as required to related party.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Male / Female maximum 33 years old.
• At least 3 – 4 years of working experience in the same position.
• Preferably candidate who has experience in travel industy.
• Experience in handling MICE would be an advantage
• Computer Literate (MS Office & Internet)
• Persuasively, strong influencing and excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated creativity and high level of ideas.
• Fluent in English and computer literate.
• Work well under pressure of tight deadlines is essential.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative, creative and innovative, result oriented and high achiever, willing to learn & try something new.
