1. Planning & Budget Control Manager
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description :
Responsible to manage budget preparation and control of expenditure requests as well as financial reporting & review.
c. Job Responsibilities :
- Ensuring good corporate budgeting short-term, medium, and long-term.
- Conduct a review of the allocation of capital funds for individual projects based on business strategic plan that has been approved.
- Ensure the implementation of withdrawal in accordance with the budget and procedures.
- Ensure internal communication Budget & Control Department and between departments in order to manage the budget so that it goes well.
d. Job Requirement :
Education : Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy
Experience : Min 8 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :

- Have a good ability to create financial & budget models
- Have a good ability to audit finance
- Have a good ability of planning, organizing, and controlling
- Have a good ability of decision making and problem solving
- Have a good written and verbal business communication skill (in English).

2. Management Reporting Manager
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description :
Responsible to evaluate the performance associated with the financial aspects of each department to look at the effectiveness of the use of budget and financial management of those departments.
c. Job Responsibilities :
- Managing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) related to financial aspects in every department.
- Provide recommendations on the evaluation of the performance of each department financial aspects related to increasing the effectiveness of the department.
d. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy
Experience : Min 8 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
- Have a good ability to audit finance.
- Have a good ability of planning, organizing, and controlling.

3. Internal Audit Manager
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description :
Responsible to manage assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reporting, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
c. Job Responsibilities :
- Assessing the effectiveness of internal control systems.
- Assessing the effectiveness of risk management systems.
- Implement operational audits, financial audits and audit investigations.
- Inspect and assess the efficiency and effectiveness in finance and accounting.
- Examine the rules and regulations of the company.
d. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economy, Engineering, IT-SAP
Experience : Min 8 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :

b. Job Description :
Responsible to supervise the implementing operational audits, financial audits and audit investigations, the observance of the rules and regulations of the Company.
c. Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct audits in accordance with the audit plan.
- Ensure the validity of the evidence found.
- Communicate audit findings to the audit manager.
- Ensure compliance and implementation procedures in the overall audit process.
d. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economy, Engineering, IT-SAP
Experience : Min 2 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
- Have a certificate of CIA would be advantage.
- Have a good experience in auditing.

5. Geology Evaluator
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description :
Responsible to implement geological modeling process and computation resources based on geological data and the progress of mining, control and monitoring of the geological model in opening pits.
c. Job Responsibilities :
- Make a general correlation for the initial exploration plan.
- To evaluate and make a plan exploration in the area responsibility.
- Processing geological modeling after gets data validation results from Geology Analyzer.
- Construct geological models and quality models.
d. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in Geology.
Experience : Min 3 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
- Have a good knowledge of the companys program that is used for geological modeling (minescape) along with other supporting software.
- Have a good knowledge of technology in general support activities such as geophysical.
Exploration, geo chemistry, Landsat images Have experience as a team leader exploration.
- Have a good written and verbal business communication skill (in English).

6. MCM Engineer
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description
Responsible to implement activities to attempt the availability of information and the mining contractor performance assessment as a basis for evaluating the performance standards and planning the next contract.
c. Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct mining contractor performance assessment standards.
- To monitor and evaluate the performance of the mining contractors
- Mine potential contractors compiled directory
d. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in mining engineering
Experience : Min 3 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
- Have a good written and verbal business communication skill (in English).

7. Tender Supervisor
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description
Responsible for bidding process to provide material support for company operations.
c. Job Responsibilities :
- Invite prospective contractor to participate in the tender.
- Provide Documents Legality / administrative aspects Bidders to Tender Superintendent.
- Negotiations with prospective contractors / Bidders.
d. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in industrial engineering, economic, accounting
Experience : Min 2 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
- Have a good communication skill.
- Have a good knowledge of coal mining operation.
- Have a good structured analysis and problem solving

8. Transhipment Supervisor
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description
Responsible to the Shipping Manager&PFSO for supervising the loading unloading coal activities from barges to mother vessel / OGV (Ocean Going Vessels) and coordinating the transportation to the coal transshipment point.
c. Job Responsibilities :
- Invite prospective contractor to participate in the tender.
- Provide Documents Legality / administrative aspects Bidders to Tender Superintendent.
- Negotiations with prospective contractors / Bidders.
d. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor degree / Diploma IV in Nautic
Experience : Min 2 years in International liner, shipping agency or stevendoring company will be advantage
Skill and Ability :
- Chief Mate Ocean (MPB II / ANT II qualification).
- Have a good knowledge of coal mining operation.
- Have a good structured analysis and problem solving
- Have a good written and verbal business communication skill (in English).

9. Graduate & Apprentice Dev. Officer
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description
Responsible to supervise Graduate Internship Program (fresh graduate), Dual Education System for students, and Practical Final Test for university. Responsible to facilitate students, college students, and fresh graduates in developing programme
c. Job Responsibilities :
- Preparing concept, coordinate and evaluate the implementation of the Graduate Internship program.
- Creating a syllabus and prepare a development program required for employees GIP
- evaluation process of syllabus achievement and facilitate periodic GIP employees with the necessary support when there is activity that has not been achieved
- Monitor the course of the program period and renewal process if needed
d. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering

- Proposes the development of systems competency and competency assessment which more effective and efficient
