Property Marketing Manager

Deskripsi pekerjaan

- Establishes the implements the strategic marketing direction to achieve the goals and objectives outlined in the Strategic Business Plan

- Develop a channel in order to maximize sales target

- Maintaining marketing and sales team and customer

- Collect customer data for ownership process (KPR)

- Researching potential demand and market characteristics

- Overall marketing strategy, branding, design, and media exposure

Persyaratan

- Maximum 35 years old

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field from reputable university

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field

- Excellent in presentation, communication, and negotiation skill

- Have strong leadership skill

- Target oriented

- Ability to deal with multiple priorities, work independently and also as an innovative team player

- Computer literate

- To be placed in Tanjung Pandan, Belitung

- Offering salary 4-5 million + commission
