Job Purpose.
 

To ensure service delivery at every point of sale in the Food an Beverage Department. He or She therefore supervises  and co-ordination the Food and Beverage Department.

Key Responsibilities. 

• Oversee and manage all the restaurants operations including P&L, sales and marketing activities, inventory management, supplies and equipment as well as supervising and training for the employees
• Effective planning for operational manning based on business trends and demands.
• Maximising revenue, minimizing cost and increasing productivity to achieve the financial target
• To ensure that the costumer promise is delivered and that costumers satisfied within the framework of financial target set.
• To ensure that guests high quality service
• To be responsible for his or her own result.
• Plan and coordinate restaurant operations and guest relations.
• Receive and manage guests’ feedbacks and implement changes for improvements.

 Entry Requirements Skills

• Team management, leadership & team player.
• Sales ability
• Excellent leadership, people management skill, self-driven and work well with all levels
• Effective management, delivering profit centre profitability
• Adaptability, coping with the diversity of costumers and their needs.
• Thoroughness
• Sensitivity to costumer, good communication skills and business acumen
• Sprite on initiative
• Financial awareness

Qualifications

• Proven track record in bringing up the revenue for the business
• A- levels (professional) in service-related subjects
• Significant food and beverage experience ( 3 years )
• Experience of working in positions of high responsibility in the hotel or food and beverage sector and managing teams of at least 15 staff.
